River, below Bracebridge Falls. Trip Leader: Hap Wilson,
quintessential outdoorsman and the person who knows more about Muskoka
than most! Other Information: pack a lunch and we will take an
excursion from their up Sharpe's Creek and back. General wilderness
skills, planning the "big one, travel in the shield in the Shield
and artic tundra travel with kids, etc. equipment etc. Canoes or

to Byng Inlet. Boats: Kayaks. Kayakers who have flatwater Kayak or who
can demonstrate a wet exit are welcome. Other Information: The group
will share food and cooking and spend 2 nights out. Requirements: warm
sleeping bag, tent rain gear and warm clothes, paddle, lifejacket,
eating utensils. Other Information: This trip will emphasize the
ecology of the plants and animals found along the Georgian Bay Coast.
